Hello and welcome to December. I hope your Thanksgiving holiday was full of great food and memories. This month I’ll be bringing you all of my Christmastime favorites, and this week I’m starting with one of the most fun and delicious things to make and eat—and gift—the cookie box. Included are three of my favorite cookies, and my mother's recipe for Christmas fudge that I make every year. I hope you’ll try one or all four of the recipes this year if you make a cookie box. If you don’t, this is the perfect place to start. They’re a fun gift to make and give and are loved by everyone!
