Happy New Year! And here we go! Another year is upon us and I am submitting for your consideration…leave the past where it is..in the past! Let’s start with a clean slate! The vacation possibilities are seemingly endless. So…where and when do you want to go? Step one is to create a personal (or family) vacation calendar. To create a vacation calendar for 2024, start by opening a calendar application or using a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Create a new sheet or calendar for the year 2024. Label each month and input the dates accordingly. Highlight weekends and public holidays to provide a comprehensive overview. Next, customize the calendar by color-coding or categorizing different types of vacations or events, such as personal holidays, family trips, or public holidays. Include a key or legend to easily identify the various categories. Share the calendar with relevant individuals or keep it as a personal reference. Consider using online platforms or apps that allow easy sharing and collaboration. Regularly update the calendar throughout the year as plans evolve or new events arise, ensuring a well-organized and up-to-date vacation calendar for 2024.
