Who Should Be Baptized? How Should Baptism Be Done?

Baptism should normally be done by immersion. I do think that Baptists over-argue when we say it can only mean that. I think we can overemphasize immersion - the important question is who is baptizing, not so much how. The thing that protects the shape of the church is that it is believers who are part of the church.
